From the central bus station in Zvornik, take any local bus heading towards the northeastern direction. Ask the driver to drop you off near M19 road. It is about a 15-minute ride. Once you get off, walk about 1 kilometer along M19 towards the Zvornička savana, which will be on your right side. Be aware that buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance.
