Buses typically depart from the main terminal in Antonina and the journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for the Atlantic Forest Biosphere Reserve. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the reserve. Bus fare will vary depending on the origin, but expect to pay a small fare.
