From the Véu de Noiva parking area, the trailhead is clearly marked. Follow the well-maintained path for approximately 1100 meters (0.7 miles) through the cerrado landscape to reach Cachoeira dos Namorados, and another 200 meters to Cachoeirinha. The walk is generally easy, suitable for most fitness levels.

First, take a bus from Cuiabá to Chapada dos Guimarães. From the Chapada dos Guimarães bus terminal, you can take a local taxi or Uber to the entrance of the Chapada dos Guimarães National Park. From there, follow the walking directions to the waterfalls. Bus fare from Cuiabá to Chapada dos Guimarães is approximately R$15-R$25. Taxi/Uber from the terminal to the park entrance will cost around R$20-R$30.
