If driving from Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take GO-239 south towards Cavalcante. After approximately 30 km, you will reach Cavalcante. From there, follow the road signs towards Carioquinhas. A GPS or reliable map is advisable as the last stretch can have unpaved roads. The drive should take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on road conditions. Parking is available near the entrance. Note that road conditions can be challenging, especially during the rainy season.

Catch a bus from Alto Paraíso de Goiás to Cavalcante. The bus station is located near the main square. Buses run several times a day; check local schedules for exact times. Once in Cavalcante, take a local taxi or ride-share service to Carioquinhas. The distance is approximately 15 km, and it should take around 20 minutes. Arrange for a return taxi, as public transportation back may not be as frequent. Bus fare from Alto Paraíso to Cavalcante is approximately R$60. Taxi or ride-share from Cavalcante to Carioquinhas will cost approximately R$30-R$50.
