The main attraction is Cachoeira da Caverna, a stunning 65-meter waterfall that plunges into a large pool next to a cave sculpted within the canyon. Other notable spots include Cachoeira do Encontro, where the Macaquinhos River meets the Fundão River, forming a 50-meter waterfall. For those seeking seclusion, Cachoeira do Banho Pelado offers a unique, secluded spot for nude bathing. Visitors should come prepared with water, snacks, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Sturdy footwear is recommended for the hike, though some find sandals suitable for wading in the water.     To reach Cachoeira Macaquinhos from Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take BR-020 towards Brasília for 13 km. Look for a large sign indicating the start of a dirt road on the left; follow this road for 31 km to the entrance. Note that the dirt road can be rough, and it's advisable to park approximately 900 meters from the entrance if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle due to a steep, challenging descent. Parking is free near the entrance. The entrance fee to the Cachoeira Macaquinhos is R$50.
