Driving
To reach Cachoeira Macaquinhos from Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take BR-020 towards Brasília for 13 km. Look for a large sign indicating the start of a dirt road on the left; follow this road for 31 km to the entrance. Note that the dirt road can be rough, and it's advisable to park approximately 900 meters from the entrance if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle due to a steep, challenging descent. Parking is free near the entrance. The entrance fee to the Cachoeira Macaquinhos is R$50.
