The main attraction is the Cachoeira da Caverna (Cave Waterfall), a stunning cascade that plunges approximately 65 meters next to a cave. The waterfall creates a large pool where visitors can swim and admire the canyon scenery and birds. Other notable spots include Cachoeira do Encontro, Cachoeira da Luz, Poço do Jump, Cachoeira Lunna, Poço Sereno, Pedra Furada, and Banho dos Macacos. One unique feature is the Cachoeira Banho Pelado, a designated waterfall for naturism. The trail is roughly 6km round trip and is considered difficult, with steep inclines and stairs.     From Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take BR-020 towards Brasília for 13 km. Look for a large sign indicating the start of the dirt road on the left. Follow this unpaved road for 31 km to reach Cachoeiras do Rio Macaquinhos. Note that the road is not well-marked and can be challenging, especially the last kilometer. It's advisable to park 2km before the entrance if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. Parking is free.
