Miguel Ângelo Sedrez was a councilman who, among other actions, sanctioned a project allowing businesses to operate between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekdays and between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM on Saturdays, contingent upon agreements between employers and employees.
