After 1 stop, get off at the São Paulo - Morumbi station. From there, walk to the nearby bus stop and catch bus 875A-10 (Terminal Princesa Isabel) and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the Mercado Municipal bus stop, and you will be right at the entrance.

If you are already in the Centro Histórico de São Paulo area, you can walk to Mercado Municipal Paulistano. From the São Paulo Cathedral (Catedral da Sé), head northeast on Avenida Liberdade towards Rua da Cantareira. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach R. da Cantareira, 306. The market will be on your left.
