  From Serra do Mar, head towards the city of Rio de Janeiro. If you are coming from the north, take the BR-101 highway. If you're coming from the south, you may take the BR-116. Once you are in Rio, follow signs for Barra de Guaratiba. Take the Avenida das Américas (RJ-006) and continue straight until you reach the Barra de Guaratiba neighborhood.
