From The Settlement, head southeast towards the main road. Follow the main road leading to the east side of the island. Continue walking for about 1 mile (1.6 km) until you reach the Flamingo Pond area. The lookout is located near the pond, which is marked by a sign. Look for the observation area along the path where you can enjoy views of the flamingos. There is no cost to enter the lookout.
