The primary way to reach Oil Nut Bay is by boat. Most visitors arrive at either Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ) or Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport in Tortola (EIS). **From Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ):** A shuttle will escort you to the Gun Creek ferry dock, a 20-minute drive. The fare is approximately $30. From Gun Creek, a 10-minute ferry ride to Oil Nut Bay costs $20 per person. **From Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) in Tortola:** Take a taxi to the Trellis Bay ferry dock, which is about 3 minutes away. From there, a 35-minute ferry ride to Oil Nut Bay is available. This shuttle and ferry transfer to Oil Nut Bay is $500 for groups of up to 4 passengers, $600 for groups with 5-8 passengers, $700 for groups with 8-12 passengers, and $900 for groups with over 12 passengers one way. Local ferry service also provides transportation to Oil Nut Bay. There are daily 10-minute ferry trips between Gun Creek and the Oil Nut Bay arrival dock, plus weekend ferry service from Gun Creek to Nova.
