From Cyril E. King Airport (STT), taxis are readily available outside baggage claim. Inform the taxi dispatcher you're going to Sapphire Beach Marina; the fare is approximately $40-$50 for two people, plus $2 per luggage. The drive takes about 20-25 minutes. Taxis operate on a fixed fare system.

From Red Hook, you can take a 'safari bus' (local public transportation) to the top of the hill near Sapphire Beach Marina for $1. The safari buses run frequently during daylight hours. From the bus stop, it's a short walk down to the marina.
