From Cruz Bay, the most direct way to the Reef Bay Trailhead is by taxi or rental car. The trailhead is located approximately 5 miles east of Cruz Bay on Centerline Road (Route 10). Alternatively, you can take the public bus (VIPTS) from the Cruz Bay terminal towards East End or Coral Bay and ask the driver to stop at the Reef Bay Trailhead. The bus fare is around $1-2 per person. From the trailhead, the hike down the Reef Bay Trail is approximately 2.2 miles. Follow the well-maintained trail downhill to the ruins.
