From Cruz Bay, head southeast on Route 20 towards Coral Bay. Continue past Coral Bay, following Route 20, then turn left onto Route 10. Follow Route 10 until you see signs for Hansen Bay Beach. Turn right onto the road leading to the beach. Parking is available near the beach. Be aware that the roads can be winding and hilly. There are no parking fees.
