Taxi
From the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock, taxis are readily available to take you to Maho Bay Beach. The ride is approximately 5 miles and takes about 15-20 minutes along North Shore Road (Route 20). Taxi fares typically range from $12-$15 per person. Confirm the rate with the driver before departing. Safari taxis often wait at Maho Bay to transport visitors back to Cruz Bay.

If driving from Cruz Bay, take North Shore Road (Route 20) east for approximately 5 miles. There are a couple of parking spots on the beach side of the road, a gravel parking lot maintained by the National Park at the east end of the bay, and a parking area at Maho Crossroads. Parking is limited, especially during peak season, so arrive early. There is no fee to park.

Bus
The dollar bus (route 108 or 109) runs from the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock to Maho Bay Beach. The bus meets the arriving passenger ferry in Cruz Bay at approximately 20 minutes past the hour, beginning at 6:00 am and ending at 7:25 pm. The ride takes approximately 40 minutes. The fare is $1-$3 per person. The bus stop is located on Centerline Road, a 31-minute walk from Maho Bay.
