Taxi
From the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock, taxis are readily available. Request a ride to Oppenheimer Beach on the North Shore Road (Route 20). The taxi will drop you off at the gated entrance to the beach. From there, it's a short walk down a paved path to the beach. Expect to pay around $20 per person for a taxi from Cruz Bay to Oppenheimer Beach. Be sure to confirm the rate with the driver before you set off.
Public Transport
From the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock, catch a public bus heading towards the North Shore. Buses 108 and 109 will take you in the direction of Oppenheimer Beach. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop closest to Oppenheimer Beach. From the bus stop, you'll need to walk a short distance to the gated entrance of the beach. Bus fare is approximately $2 per person. Remember to confirm the route with the driver.
Walking
If you are already on the North Shore Road, for example, at Hawksnest Beach, you can walk to Oppenheimer Beach. Head west along the North Shore Road (Route 20). Look for a white picket fence marking the Gibney's property. Immediately after the fence is the gated entrance to Oppenheimer Beach. The walk from Hawksnest Beach is approximately 5-10 minutes. There are no costs involved in walking.
