Starting from the center of Kuala Belait, head northwest on Jalan McArthur. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Pandan. Turn right onto Jalan Pandan and walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Seria. Continue walking straight on Jalan Seria for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass through several residential areas and local shops. Keep an eye out for directional signs to the Billionth Barrel Monument. After around 3 kilometers, you will see the monument on your right, just before the turning for J888. The monument is located at J888+PV3, Seria.
