From the center of Gabrovo, head to the bus station located at the address 'ulitsa 'Vasil Levski' 3'. Here, you will find buses heading towards Skobelevo. Purchase a ticket to Skobelevo from the station's ticket office. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which should take approximately 30-40 minutes.
