From the center of Malyovitsa, head southwest on the main road (Peshtersko Shose) towards the Rila Monastery. Continue on this road for approximately 3 kilometers until you see a sign for 'Горска пътека'. Turn left onto the dirt road and drive for another 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near the trailhead. Make sure to park in designated areas and be aware that there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take a bus from the Malyovitsa Bus Station that heads to the nearby village of Govedartsi. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Govedartsi, you can either walk back along the road for about 1.5 kilometers towards Malyovitsa or catch a taxi to the Горска пътека trailhead. Be aware that taxi fares can vary, so it's advisable to negotiate the price beforehand.
Walking
For those who prefer to walk, from the center of Malyovitsa, head towards the main road and follow it southwest for about 4 kilometers until you reach the Горска пътека entrance.
