After approximately 20 km, take the exit towards Blagoevgrad and continue onto the A3 highway. Follow the signs for Lyubovishte. As you approach Lyubovishte, look for signs directing you towards the Sandstone Tunnel. The last stretch will be on an unnamed road leading directly to the tunnel located at coordinates 41.5344724, 23.4386323.

To reach Sandstone Tunnel Lyubovishte by public transport, start from Bansko and take a bus to Blagoevgrad. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 1 hour.
