Turn left onto 'General Gurko' Street and continue walking until you reach the 'Shumen Fortress' entrance. From there, follow the signs leading to the Founders of the Bulgarian State Monument, which is situated about 2 kilometers from the fortress entrance. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.

From the central bus station in Shumen, take bus number 11, which heads towards the Shumen Fortress. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Shumen Fortress'. Once you exit the bus, follow the path leading up to the fortress and then continue following the signs towards the Founders of the Bulgarian State Monument, located approximately 2 kilometers away. This may require a short walk uphill.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Shumen and head towards 'Vasil Levski' pedestrian street. Continue straight until you reach 'General Gurko' Street.
