Situated at the intersection of Arsenalski Boulevard and Cherni Vrah Boulevard, it's easily accessible and adjacent to the European Union Metro Station. The mall spans six stories, including two underground levels, and features a total built-up area of 44,000 sq m, with 23,000 sq m dedicated to commercial space. Inside, visitors will find over 100 stores, various cafés, a pharmacy, beauty salons, and bank offices. Anchor tenants include a Cine Grand cinema complex with six halls and a capacity of 1,340 seats.
