Once on Boulevard "Vasil Levski", continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. The monument will be on your right side, easily identifiable by its large structure.

You will need to disembark at the stop called 'Primorski', which is very close to the monument. The fare is approximately 1.50 BGN (Bulgarian Lev), and you can purchase a ticket from the driver.
