From the Varna city center, you can take the bus number 409 or 148 from the nearest bus stop, which is 'Pl. Nezavisimost'. The bus will take you directly along E87 towards the direction of the fountains. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the 'Fountain area' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to Фонтаните до община Варна.

If you are already in the central area of Varna, you can easily walk to Фонтаните до община Варна. Start at the Cathedral of Varna (located at ul. 'Knyaz Boris I' 1). Head east on 'Knyaz Boris I' street until you reach the intersection with 'Vasil Levski' street. Turn right onto 'Vasil Levski' and continue straight until you reach E87. Cross the road and you will find the fountains area directly ahead.
