Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Gitega, head towards Avenue de la Réunification. Walk straight along this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path which leads to Avenue du 1er Novembre. Continue along this avenue for another 500 meters until you see the Bahá'í House of Worship on your right at HWFF+3RQ. The building is distinct with its white dome and serene gardens.

    From Gitega's market area, rent a bicycle and head towards Avenue de la Réunification. Cycle straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path leading to Avenue du 1er Novembre. Continue cycling for approximately 500 meters, and you will see the Bahá'í House of Worship on your right at the location HWFF+3RQ. There are bike racks available for you to secure your bicycle.
