From Ruvubu National Park, drive south on the main road towards the town of Kirundo. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Cankuzo. From Cankuzo, follow the signs towards Kibira National Park. The park entrance will be on your right.

Take a bus from Ruvubu National Park to the town of Kirundo. From Kirundo, you can take a shared taxi or motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) to Cankuzo. Once in Cankuzo, ask for directions to Kibira National Park and take a local minibus or taxi to reach the park entrance.
