If you're driving from Praia do Curral Velho, head southwest on the main road (Estrada do Curral Velho) towards the direction of Boa Vista. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will enter the area of Urbanização Lacacão. Look for Lote 13, which is marked for ScubaCaribe. The diving center is located along the beachfront, so you may want to park in a nearby public parking area and walk to the location.

Public Transportation
To reach ScubaCaribe via public transportation, catch a local bus or shared taxi (called 'aluguer') from Praia do Curral Velho to the main town of Sal Rei. From Sal Rei, look for a bus or a taxi heading towards Urbanização Lacacão. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you off at Lote 13 in Praia Lacacão. The bus fare is usually around 2-5 CVE (Cape Verdean Escudo), while a taxi will cost you around 10-15 CVE.
