Getting There

Car

If you're driving, head towards San Francisco on US-101 N or I-280 N. Once you reach the city, follow signs for 'Fisherman's Wharf' or 'Pier 39'. Use the Embarcadero exit and continue on The Embarcadero. Turn onto Beach Street to find PIER 39. There are parking garages available nearby, including the Pier 39 Garage.
Public Transportation

To reach Aquarium of the Bay via public transportation, take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the Embarcadero Station. From there, transfer to Muni's F-Line streetcar towards Fisherman's Wharf. Get off at the Beach Street & The Embarcadero stop. The aquarium will be a short walk from there; just head toward PIER 39.
Walking

If you're already in the Fisherman's Wharf area, simply walk towards PIER 39. The aquarium is located at the end of the pier. You can follow the waterfront path along The Embarcadero, enjoying views of the bay as you stroll.
