The bus will take you directly to Fisherman's Wharf, where you can get off at the stop closest to 645 Beach St. From there, it's a short walk to the Truhlsen-Marmor Museum of the Eye.

Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the corner of Powell St and Beach St. From there, walk west along Beach St for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at 645 Beach St, where the Truhlsen-Marmor Museum of the Eye is located.
