Walking
If you are in the heart of Big Sur, start at the Big Sur River Inn. Head south on CA-1 (Pacific Coast Highway) towards China Vista Point. It's about a 1.5-mile walk along the highway, which should take approximately 30 minutes. Please be cautious of the traffic as you walk along the roadside. After about 0.8 miles, you will come to a small parking area on your right; this is the China Vista Point. Look for the signs leading to the viewpoint.
Biking

The ride is along the scenic highway, approximately 1.5 miles, providing beautiful views of the coastline. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
