Driving
From Highway 1 (Cabrillo Highway), simply turn onto Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park Road. The park entrance is a short drive from the highway. Parking is available within the park, but it can fill up quickly during peak season. Parking costs $10 per vehicle.
Public Transport
While there isn't direct public transport to the park entrance, Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) Route 22 provides service along Highway 1. The closest stop is a few miles from the park entrance, requiring a walk or taxi/rideshare to complete the journey. MST fares are approximately $2.50 for a single ride. A taxi or rideshare from the MST stop to the park entrance would cost approximately $15-$25.
