The winery specializes in crafting sparkling wines using the traditional Méthode Champenoise, setting it apart from others in the area.The estate spans 80 acres within a larger 2,000-acre vineyard, boasting 26 varietals across Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties. The tasting room provides a welcoming environment where guests can explore a diverse selection of wines, including their award-winning sparkling wines and classic estate wines. Visitors can enjoy guided tastings, learning about the sparkling winemaking process, or simply relax with a glass of wine while taking in the scenery. Cheese and charcuterie plates are also available.Rava Wines also serves as a venue for celebrations and live entertainment, hosting events throughout the year. The property, once a working Arabian horse ranch, features multiple venue locations, including a terraced pond lawn, an old-world courtyard, and a ballroom. Villa Giada, a three-bedroom luxury home, offers on-site accommodations. Rava Wines is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Reservations are recommended for tastings, though walk-ins are welcome for wine and food purchases.
