If you are traveling by car, start by getting on US-101 N from your location in Central Coast. Follow US-101 N for approximately 120 miles until you reach the junction with I-5 N. Merge onto I-5 N and continue for about 70 miles. Take exit 519 for CA-99 N toward Sacramento. Continue on CA-99 N for about 90 miles. Take exit 300B toward I-80 W/Sacramento. Merge onto I-80 W and follow the signs for Sacramento. Take exit 6 for 5th St toward Downtown. Continue straight onto 5th St, then turn right onto N St. The Stanford Mansion will be on your left at 800 N St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Parking may be available on the street, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.

Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from Central Coast to Sacramento. The journey typically takes about 4 to 6 hours depending on your exact starting location. Once you arrive at the Greyhound station in Sacramento, you can take the Sacramento Regional Transit light rail. Board the Blue Line light rail towards Watt/I-80 and get off at the 7th & Capitol station. From this station, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to the Stanford Mansion. Head east on Capitol Mall, turn left onto 9th St, and then right onto N St. The mansion will be on your left at 800 N St. Be sure to check the current schedules and fares on the Greyhound and Sacramento Regional Transit websites.
