Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) light rail is a convenient option. Several light rail lines (Blue, Gold, and Green) have stops within a block of Golden 1 Center, including the 8th & K Station and 9th & K Station. From these stations, it's a short walk to the arena. SacRT bus routes also serve downtown Sacramento, with stops near the arena. A single ride ticket costs $2.50. A daily pass, good for unlimited rides on SacRT, costs $7. Note: Some bus stops may be closed during Golden 1 Center events.

Pedestrian walkways connect the arena to surrounding streets via 5th & J Street, 7th & K Street, and 5th & L Street. Walking from the Sacramento Valley Station (Amtrak) takes about 10-15 minutes. From Old Sacramento Waterfront, it's about a 15-20 minute walk.
