Continue on Orange Ave until you reach the intersection with 6th St, then turn left. Walk east on 6th St until you reach the ferry landing. From there, take the ferry to San Diego's Broadway Pier. Once you disembark, walk towards the Gaslamp Quarter and follow signs to Balboa Park. The Japanese Friendship Garden and Museum is located at 2215 Pan American E Rd, just a short walk from the park entrance.
