Ferry
Start at the Coronado Ferry Landing, located at 1201 1st St, Coronado. Purchase a ticket at the ticket booth for the ferry to San Diego. Board the ferry headed to Broadway Pier. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes and offers beautiful views of the San Diego skyline. Once you arrive at Broadway Pier, exit the ferry and walk straight to the end of the pier.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Coronado, head to the bus stop located near the Hotel del Coronado on Orange Ave. Take the MTS Bus #901 towards Downtown San Diego. Enjoy the ride, which takes about 30-40 minutes, and get off at the stop for Balboa Park (San Diego Zoo). From there, walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Timken Museum of Art, located at 1500 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Coronado. Start your journey by heading down Orange Avenue towards the Coronado Bridge. Cross the bridge using the dedicated bike lane. Once you reach the San Diego side, continue straight on 1st Ave, and then take a left on Ash St. Finally, take a right on 6th Ave, and follow it until you reach Balboa Park. The Timken Museum of Art is located at 1500 El Prado, just a short walk from the park entrance.

For those who enjoy walking, you can take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront from the Coronado Ferry Landing to the San Diego Convention Center. From there, head towards 1st Ave and walk north. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of 6th Ave and El Prado. The Timken Museum of Art will be on your left at 1500 El Prado, just within Balboa Park.
