    If you're in downtown Costa Mesa, walk to the nearest bus stop at 19th Street and Newport Blvd. Take the 57 bus towards Long Beach. After about 40 minutes, get off at the stop for the Long Beach Transit Center. From the Transit Center, transfer to the 1 bus heading towards CSULB (California State University Long Beach). After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop at Bellflower Blvd. Walk north for about 5 minutes to reach 1250 Bellflower Blvd, where California State University Long Beach is located.

  • Bicycle

    For a more active route, you can rent a bicycle from one of the bike-sharing stations around Costa Mesa. Start at the Costa Mesa City Hall and head south on Fairview Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Take a left on PCH and then a right onto 7th Street towards Long Beach. Follow 7th Street until you reach Bellflower Blvd, then take a left. Continue for about 10 minutes until you reach 1250 Bellflower Blvd, California State University Long Beach.

    If you're closer to the Costa Mesa Civic Center, you can walk to the nearest bus stop at 18th Street and Newport Blvd. Catch the 57 bus towards Long Beach. Once you reach the Long Beach Transit Center, transfer to the 1 bus towards CSULB. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Bellflower Blvd stop. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk north on Bellflower Blvd to reach California State University Long Beach at 1250 Bellflower Blvd.
