From any location in Daly City, make your way to the nearest bus stop for the SamTrans bus line. Take the 120 or 130 to the Colma BART Station. Board a BART train heading towards San Francisco, and get off at the Embarcadero Station. From there, exit the station, walk north along the Embarcadero for about 15 minutes to reach Pier 33.

If you are near the Daly City BART Station, you can walk to Pier 33. Head north on Junipero Serra Blvd, then turn right on Mission Street. Continue straight until you reach the Embarcadero. From there, walk north along the waterfront for about 1.5 miles, and you will arrive at Pier 33.
