From Daly City, head to the Daly City BART station. Take the BART train towards San Francisco and get off at the Embarcadero station. Transfer to the Golden Gate Transit bus 70 by taking the escalator down to the street level. Wait for the bus at the designated bus stop across from the station. Ride the bus until you reach the Sausalito Ferry Terminal. From there, take the ferry to Sausalito. Once you arrive in Sausalito, walk towards the Marin Headlands. The Point Bonita Lighthouse is a scenic hike from the parking area. Follow the signs to the lighthouse, which is about a 1-mile walk along the trails.

Make your way to the San Francisco Ferry Building located at 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco. From Daly City, take the BART to the Embarcadero station, then walk to the Ferry Building. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Sausalito. Once you arrive in Sausalito, walk towards the Marin Headlands. Follow the signs to the Point Bonita Lighthouse, which is approximately a 1-mile hike from the ferry terminal, with beautiful views along the way.

If you are already in Sausalito, you can walk to the Point Bonita Lighthouse. From the Sausalito Ferry Terminal, head towards the Marin Headlands entrance. Follow Bridgeway Avenue until you reach the intersection with Alexander Avenue. Turn left onto Alexander Avenue, which will lead you towards the Marin Headlands. You will see signs for the Point Bonita Lighthouse. The walk is approximately 1 mile, and it will take you through beautiful scenic views.
