Get off at the 'Hollywood & Vine' stop. Transfer to the Metro 183 bus towards 'Palmdale' at the same bus stop. Stay on the 183 bus for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes until you reach 'Palmdale Transit Center'. From the transit center, catch the AVTA bus route 1 towards 'Mojave' and disembark at 'Moccasin Trail'. The Chilao Visitor Center will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Head to the nearest Metro station in Hollywood, such as the Hollywood/Highland station. Take the Red Line towards 'Union Station'. After about 20 minutes, transfer at 'Union Station' to the Metrolink Antelope Valley Line. Board the train towards 'Palmdale' and enjoy the scenic ride for approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Palmdale station, exit and catch the AVTA bus route 1 towards 'Mojave', getting off at 'Moccasin Trail'. The Chilao Visitor Center will be a short walk from the bus stop.
