From Bolsa Chica State Beach, head east towards Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1). Walk along the beach path until you reach the end of the state beach area. Once you reach the end of the beach, you will see Pacific Coast Highway straight ahead. This walk is approximately 0.5 miles and should take around 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer to take public transportation, you can catch the OCTA bus. Head towards Pacific Coast Highway from Bolsa Chica State Beach and locate the nearest bus stop, which is usually along Beach Boulevard. Board the Route 1 bus heading south towards Newport Beach. The fare is approximately $2.00. Get off at the stop closest to Pacific Coast Highway, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to your destination. Please check the bus schedule in advance for accurate timings.
