From the Huntington Beach Central Library, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the OCTA Bus Route 1 heading south. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes, and get off at the stop at Pacific Coast Hwy and Warner Ave. From there, walk west on Warner Ave until you reach the intersection with Pacific Coast Hwy. Turn right and walk north along the highway for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Huntington Harbor, located at 16370 Pacific Coast Hwy.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Huntington Beach Pier and head south along the beach path. Follow the path until you reach the end of the beach and then continue on the bike lane along Pacific Coast Hwy. Stay on the bike lane for about 3 miles, and you will arrive at Huntington Harbor.
