Drive approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Sherwin Creek Road. Turn left onto Sherwin Creek Road. After about 1 mile, you will reach the Mammoth Rock Trailhead parking area on your right. Park your car here, and the trailhead will be adjacent to the parking area.
