    From downtown Palm Springs, walk to the Palm Springs Bus Terminal located at 190 N Indian Ave. Take the SunLine Bus Route 14 towards Palm Desert. The bus will take you across the Coachella Valley, passing through Rancho Mirage before arriving in Palm Desert. Disembark at the stop on El Paseo and Highway 111. From there, walk east on El Paseo for about 0.3 miles, and you will reach the Historical Society of Palm Desert located at 72861 El Paseo. The entire journey should take approximately 30-40 minutes.
