Walking
If you are starting from the Palm Desert Visitor Center located at 72559 El Paseo, head east on El Paseo for about 0.5 miles. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Highway 111. Once you reach Highway 111, turn left and walk north for approximately 0.3 miles. After crossing the intersection at Hovley Lane, continue on the right sidewalk. First Oasis will be located on your right side just past the intersection with Hovley Lane. Look for a small entrance and signage indicating First Oasis.

Public Transit
Start at the nearest bus stop to your location in Palm Desert. You can catch the SunLine Transit bus Route 20. Board the bus heading north towards Palm Springs. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop at Highway 111 & Hovley Lane. From there, you can walk east on Hovley Lane for about 0.2 miles until you reach First Oasis, which will be on your left side.

Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the intersection of El Paseo and Highway 111. Head east on El Paseo and continue riding for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 111. At this point, turn left onto Highway 111 and continue north for approximately 0.3 miles. After crossing Hovley Lane, look for the entrance to First Oasis on your right side. Make sure to follow all traffic rules and use bike lanes where available.
