    Start at the Palo Alto Caltrain Station. From the station, board the northbound train towards San Francisco. Get off at the Mountain View Station, which is about a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive at Mountain View Station, exit the station and head to the bus stop. Take the VTA Bus Line 40 towards the Mountain View Transit Center. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'N Shoreline Blvd & Amphitheatre Pkwy' stop. From there, walk north on North Shoreline Boulevard for about 10 minutes. Rengstorff House will be on your right at 3070 N Shoreline Blvd.
