Turn left onto Carmel Valley Road and continue until you reach the junction with Carmel River. From there, take the bus or shuttle service towards Carmel-by-the-Sea. Once you reach downtown Carmel, walk towards Ocean Avenue. The Harrison Memorial Library is located at the corner of Ocean Ave and Lincoln St.

From the Big Sur area, take the Monterey-Salinas Transit Line 22 bus heading north. Get off at the 'Carmel Plaza' stop. From there, walk east along Ocean Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach the corner of Ocean Ave and Lincoln St, where you will find the Harrison Memorial Library.
