Getting There

• Public Transportation

  To reach The Grand Stairway located at Fifth Ave, San Diego, CA 92101, start by finding a nearby bus stop or trolley station. If you're in Downtown San Diego, you can easily catch the San Diego Trolley at the Civic Center Station. Board the Trolley (Blue Line or Orange Line) heading towards the direction of 'America Plaza' or 'San Ysidro' and ride for about 3-4 stops. Get off at the '5th Avenue Station'. After exiting the station, head north on 5th Avenue for a couple of blocks. You will see The Grand Stairway on your left side at the intersection with Market Street. The walk from the station will take approximately 5 minutes.

  If you are already in the heart of Downtown San Diego, you can simply walk to The Grand Stairway. Start at the intersection of Broadway and 5th Avenue. Head south on 5th Avenue for about 3 blocks. You will see The Grand Stairway on your right at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Market Street. This walk will take around 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
