From downtown San Francisco, take the F line streetcar towards Fisherman's Wharf. The streetcar stops at The Embarcadero & Stockton St, a short 3-minute walk from Pier 39. The single fare for the streetcar is $3. Alternatively, several Muni buses, including the #47, 8x, and 39, serve Pier 39. Bus fare is also around $3.

If driving, approach Pier 39 via The Embarcadero. A parking garage is conveniently located directly across the street from Pier 39's entrance. Hourly parking rates range from $10-$12, with a maximum daily rate of $50-$60. Discounted flat rates are available for online reservations. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak season. Dining at select Pier 39 restaurants can get you one hour of validated parking.
