Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Public Transport
From downtown San Francisco, the Muni T Third Street Line provides direct service to the UCSF/Chase Center station, right at the arena's doorstep. On event days, the S Shuttle Mission Bay offers additional service. A single Muni fare is typically $3, but your event ticket may serve as a free Muni pass. Alternatively, from the East Bay, take BART to Powell Station or 16th St. Mission Station and transfer to Muni lines. From Caltrain, transfer to the Muni T Third Street Line at the 4th Street platform.
Walking
From the San Francisco Caltrain Station at 4th and King streets, Chase Center is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Head southeast on 4th Street, then turn left onto Gene Friend Way to reach the arena. From Pier 48, the walk is also about 15 minutes.
Ride Share
If using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, designated drop-off and pick-up zones are located along Terry Francois Boulevard and Warriors Way. Rideshare costs from downtown San Francisco typically range from $15-$30, depending on demand and traffic. Be aware of potential surge pricing after events.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the Mercedes-Benz Garage at 99 Warriors Way. Event day rates vary, and it's best to book in advance. On non-event days, parking is $7 per hour, up to a maximum of $35. Nearby parking lots, such as Stadium Parking Lot C at 495 Mission Rock St, offer alternative options. Street parking is available, but SFMTA meters near Oracle Park and Chase Center operate until 10 pm, with rates at $11/hour during special events.
